Beach Ladies

Walking on a beach along the coast where she grew up, artist Suzanne DeCuir was inspired to create this evocative oil painting after seeing two friends enjoying the day. Using a loose hand in her brushwork during the painting's creation, DeCuir was able to capture the sense of fleeting weather and gusting winds. With black-painted sides, this piece was created on a deep cradle canvas and is ready to hang.
