Blue Tower - Small

This mixed-media piece features an original photograph printed with archival pigment inks on cotton printmaking paper; artist Yukoi Ishii then highlights the image with colored pencils and acrylic paints to create a painterly effect and affixes the print to a cradled wood panel with non-toxic adhesive. She then coats the piece with wax to give the image a translucent quality, paints the sides of the board black, and finishes it with a clear protective acrylic. Signed with title, date, medium, size, and edition number on the back of the panel. Framing is optional; ready to hang. Available in three sizes.
