Excavated Rift

Sedimentary lines of brightly colored images are layered and revealed through a white cloud-like form in this mixed-media work; geometric blocks representing archeological demarcations during an excavation divide up the piece. The use of image transfers allows the artist utilize both photography and painting techniques. Created on aluminum panel, this one-of-a-kind work is ready to hang.
