Artist Patricia Barry Levy: "I was fascinated to learn that whales sometimes rest in a vertical position. The process of making this work was a bit of a journey. The background with clouds is my original cyanotype, scanned with digital elements added. Then I made a print of that and finished with hand cut collage pieces glued on top."
