An Art Nouveau and Victorian-era-inspired handmade brooch and pendant features what we love the most: an homage to nature. Eight whips of wild grass are pressed and dried to then be set between two layers of polycarbonate. The back layer is fogged, to give the window a subtle contrast. The setting is surrounded by a layer of hand-peirced brass which features Art Nouveau themes. This is then framed by a hand-engraved and oxidized Victorian-era-inspired copper frame.
The pendant hangs on a sterling silver chain with a gracefully hand-forged clasp. It can also be removed and worn as a pin. The pin-back is made of thin, flexible, medical-grade stainless steel to protect clothing, featuring a hinged U-shaped mechanism that latches securely on both sides of the brooch.
