Currents

"Currents" explores rhythm, movement, and balance through the interaction of copper and hand-formed ceramic elements. A linear copper framework suggests the flow of energy, while ceramic turquoise forms emerge like pulses traveling across an unseen stream. Inspired by patterns found in water, it features variations in scale and spacing to create a sense of continuous movement, allowing light and shadow to shift across the surface throughout the day.
