With voluminous shapes and a contemplative expression, this cast bronze figure conveys the soulful strength of womanhood. The piece is first sculpted in clay, then cast in bronze using the lost wax technique. A hot patina is applied using compounds that are specifically formulated for bronze patination. The finished sculpture is sealed with clear lacquer and is then waxed and buffed. Weighs five pounds.
