Sycamore

This piece was created using leaves, seeds, roots and other organic materials and then embossing them into pewter sheet. The artists gathers a variety of botanicals throughout the four seasons in her home state of Michigan. A torch-fired, enameled (melted glass upon copper) sycamore leaf provides the focal point in the narration of this piece. Signed on the back and ready to hang.
