Symphony in Blue - Medium

Handcrafted, kiln-formed art glass sculpture depicting the many shades of blues and greens. The piece is made in stages, first assembling and kiln-firing glass into colorful designs, then cutting these designs into strips, and arranging them into a striking composition on an iridescent glass base. Iridized and transparent glass are used to create shifting colors when light hits the piece. Custom made stand included.
